Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this free prize draw is: Northland Real Estate Properties (UK) Limited (company no 06815572) whose registered office is at Sandman Signature Newcastle Hotel, Gallowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4SD (referred to in these terms and condition as “we” or “us”).

 

2. The free prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland & Wales only and you must be aged 18 years or above to enter. You cannot enter the prize draw either if you are an employee of Northland Real Estate Properties, Sandman Signature Hotels & Suites, Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links, CHOP Grill & Bar or Shark Club (the Group) or a family member of an employee of the Group or otherwise connected with the Group or judging of the free prize draw.

 

3. You need a valid e-mail address to enter the free prize draw and the award of the prizes under the prize draw is subject to you having a valid e-mail.

 

4. This is a free prize draw and there is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.

 

5. By entering this free prize draw, you are indicating your intention to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

6. The route to entry for the free prize draw can be found at www.instagram.co.uk/sharkclub_uk

 

7. The closing date for entering the prize draw is 4pm on 05.11.25.

 

8. We accept no responsibility for any entries that are not received by us on time before the closing date set out in these terms and conditions.

 

9. The prize draw operates as follows:

a) Like the competition post published on Instagram.co.uk/sharkclub_uk and pinned to the top of the profiles grid.

b) Follow Instagram.co.uk/sharkclub_uk

c) Share the competition post published on Instagram.co.uk/sharkclub_uk and pinned to the top of the profiles grid.

d) The prize is a 2x tickets for NUFC vs ATHLETIC for Wednesday 5th November 2025 for Champions League at St James’ Park, Newcastle. Before the game you can spend £50 at Shark Club Newcastle on us, followed by a further £50 at Shark Club Newcastle on us after the game.

 

10. Winners will be chosen at random, using a third-party randomising software, from all of the entries received and verified by us before the prize-draw closes on 05.11.25.

 

11. The winner will be notified by direct message from sharkclub_uk instagram within 1 hour of the prize draw closing asking for the winners e-mail address.

 

12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 hours of the time on which we notified them of their win, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner using the same award method set out above.

 

13. We will use the name and Instagram handle of prize winners in our post-event publicity. All winners will be given an opportunity to object to their personal information being published in this way. Please inform us here [marketinguk@sandmanhotels.co.uk] if you do not wish for your personal details to be used in this way.

 

14. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

 

15. Northland Real Estate Properties (UK) Limited’s decision as to those able to take part and the selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the prize draw will be entered into.

 

16. We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions where we are required to do so as a matter of law. All entrants to the prize draw will be contacted via e-mail of any changes that are required.
