T&CS – By taking part in this event, participants agree to the following:

1. Participation is at your own risk. All participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit and able to take part in the event.

2. Participants should stay hydrated before, during, and after the run. Participants are responsible for their own hydration needs.

3. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times throughout the event.

4. Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn for the duration of the event.

5. The organisers reserve the right to alter the route, postpone, or cancel the event due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond their control.

6. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shark Club, its organisers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense suffered by participants as a result of taking part in the event, except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. Participants acknowledge that running and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including slips, trips, falls, collisions, and weather-related hazards.

9. Participants must show consideration to other runners, spectators, local residents, and members of the public using the route.

10. Any participant behaving in a dangerous, abusive, or disruptive manner may be removed from the event without refund.

11. By attending the event, participants consent to photographs and videos being taken for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes unless they notify the organisers in advance.

12. Participants should immediately report any accidents, injuries, hazards, or concerns to an event marshal or organiser.

13. Registration for the event confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
