Sam Fender Ticket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required.
  2. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must like the giveaway post on either Instagram or Facebook, follow social media accounts, share the post on their stories and tag at least one friend in the comments. 
  3. Entry Period: Entries must be received between 29/05/25 and 06/05/25. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
  4. Prize Details:
    • Two (2) tickets to see Sam Fender on Thursday 12th June 2025 at St. James’ Park.
    • One (1) overnight stay at the Sandman Signature Newcastle Hotel for the night of the concert,
    • £50 voucher to spend at Shark Club, this is only redeemable against food and two drinks on the day or following day of the concert.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
  5. Winner Selection & Notification:
    • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
    • The winner will be notified via email within 2 working days of the competition closing.
    • If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner may be selected.
  6. Travel & Expenses: The prize does not include travel, additional meals, or any other expenses not explicitly mentioned. The winner is responsible for all additional costs.
  7. Publicity & Data Protection: By entering, participants agree that their name may be used for promotional purposes. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.
  8. Event Changes & Cancellations: If the concert is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, the promoter is not responsible for providing an alternative prize.
  9. General:
    • The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time.
    • Any breach of these terms may result in disqualification.
    • This competition is not affiliated with Newcastle United or Sam Fender.
